Name that Movie

So I was watching a movie the other day. I can't remember the name. It was a superhero movie about a billionaire playboy who spends his fortune on a suit to fight crime in.

But that was in the first movie where he had to fight the guy with the funny beard that he was supposed to be able to trust.

And then in the second movie he fights the greasy looking guy that basically just wants to kill the hero.

But I was watching the third movie. The hero has been suffering from trauma for a while and can't function properly as a hero anymore. Then the bad guys from the Middle East turn out to be white. And they got jilted by the hero somehow a long time ago.

And then there's a chick in peril that ends up killing the bad guy at the end and stuff. And I think I remember seeing a weird goatee on the hero too.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot. The bad guy turned out to not really be the bad guy, because a different bad guy was pulling the strings.

At the end, the hero gives up hero-ing to be with his lady. The one who killed the bad guy. And they totally forgot to explain how he did a bunch of stuff that he did at the end.

And the movie got mixed reviews. It was alright, but it came out after the much more financially and critically successful precursor.
