Over Saturated

I write a lot. I come up with serials, one offs, short stories, books, comics, videos, songs and poems. It's a lot of stuff for me. But I do it because I love to do it!

I can't help but to feel inspired sometimes. But I wonder - am I stretching the site too thin? Am I doing so many things that people are going to be overwhelmed? I don't know. So you guys need to tell me.

I love writing. But if it makes it easier for you to follow what I'm doing, I can cycle my work.

Which is what I've been trying to start doing. When I look at my site, I see a whole bunch of pages, links, pictures and blah blah blah all over. But is it worth it?

I have a twitter feed on the site. I have an Instagram feed too. That isn't so bad, right? You guys can easily see my latest social media activity and follow along without having to go to those sites or apps. I'm trying to stay convenient.

I also have a YouTube feed on the side that I don't think many of you are clicking on. Not that I don't understand. It's been a while since my last video. It's just not as easy to do those right now. But I'll be back with new videos soon.

I really want to simplify the whole experience for you guys.

That's why I'm putting out various segments here on the blog (like Blu Shell, Monroe Literature, Comix etc.) and then archiving them in the easy to use, dedicated pages.

Want to read the latest chapter of You Can Call Me [Jack]? Click the link and go to the dedicated page for it. You'll find the archive and you can click on the newest chapter. Same with all the serials.

As for the comics, they will all share a page and then you'll be able to scoot around inside it to pick which one you want to read. I'm still working out all the kinks.

And then there is the blog itself. I do daily blog posts about my life. Bloggy Robby. I won't have a dedicated page for that. That is what the main page on the site is for. So you tell me. Does changing the topics (again) sound like a positive thing? Here's the new proposal:

Bloggy Robby: Daily blog about my life.

Serials: Periodical updates to your favorite serials. Chapters will simultaneously be released on their archive pages and on a blog post of their own.

Videos: New videos will be added as posts when I produce them. You can also view the video page.

Comix: Web-comics that I write and upload to the site. They will also be simultaneously added to their respective pages.

Podly: Podcast featuring segments from the site.

Topics: News, Serials, Bloggy Robby, Lists, Blu Shell Reviews, Bible and Bag. That's it.
