Valentine's Day in Girdwood

As if the year wasn't already moving quickly enough, we celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday and it seems that we're nearly 20% through 2016. Insane! But what does the rest of the year hold?

It should come as no surprise that I enjoy V-Day. It comes with candy built in as an implied certainty and of course there is the resounding loneliness and desperation of my single friends, which isn't fun but it gives me something to do - cheer them up. I also like reading all the silly, cheesy Valentine's Day cards that get shared around social media. I particularly liked the ones that dealt with philosophical concepts and theological figureheads. Hitler saying, "Be Mein," Jacobus Arminius saying, "I choose you," and C. S. Lewis professing his four loves were all quite cheesy and quite enjoyable.

So why did my brand new wife and I do? Well, we got done s - the fancy kind! I got an apple streudel and she got a coconut bar (I know those aren't donuts). We got coffee. And then we went home. We got some fancy wine and I even got a fancy dessert cider! Back home we both worked on some personal projects and then we watched Netflix, ate Jacaroni and Cheese and then danced a little before going to bed to catch some much needed sleep! All in all it was a good first V-Day!

I didn't post a YouTube video yesterday (it was Sunday). And I haven't yet posted one today (I've been busy today). So anyway, I just wanted to post a quick update on what I've been up to. I've also been working on some art pieces for my Artfolio and a couple new videos, so stay tuned for that!
